This is a wonderful vintage 4 slice toast rack made by Royal Winton Grimwades, England 1940-1950s in the Scintilla pattern with gold trim.

The floral ceramic toast rack or toast holder measures 3 inches high by 7 inches long by 3 inches wide and has a floral decoration and gold trim and cross hatching.

The toast rack is in very good used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or gold wear but does have general normal crazing.

A neat piece and useful too!

Toast racks are having new lives as letter holders on the desk and napkin holders on the dinner table.

They're just not for breakfast anymore!
